无腺棉仁水提物对实验动物血糖的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究无腺棉仁水提物对实验动物血糖的影响。方法:用四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病大鼠模型,将无腺棉仁水提物给四氧嘧啶型糖尿病大鼠连续灌胃,采血测定不同时间血糖;并观察无腺棉仁水提物单次给药对小鼠糖耐量及肾上腺素型高血糖的影响。结果:无腺棉仁水提物与对照组比较可显著降低四氧嘧啶型糖尿病大鼠血糖(P<0.01),并能对抗糖负荷引起的小鼠血糖升高及对抗肾上腺素引起的生理性高血糖。结论:无腺棉仁水提物对实验动物有降低血糖作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of the water-extract of pigment glandless seed on the levels of blood glucose in experimental animals. Methods: Siygangmiding were injected into rats to replicate the model of diabetes, the water-extracts of pigment glandless seed were administered to the rats with diabete caused by siygangmiding through the mouth continously, the levels of blood glucose were detected at different time, the water-extracts of pigment glandless seed were administered to mice only once to determine its effects on the glucose tolerance of the experimental mice and the effects on hyperglycemia caused by adrenaline imbalance. Results: Compared with the controls, the levels of blood glucose of model rats decreased significantly(P<0.01), and the extracts could offer resistance to the increase of blood glucose in the model imce. Conclusion: The water - extracts of pigment glandless seed can reduce the levels of blood glucose in experimental animals.
