【摘要】 在对梳毛机的的混合效果量化的基础上，利用ＸＦ（Ａ）小型梳毛机，按“梳理机分配系数测定”方法，以大量的实验数据为前提，建立了混合程度与其影响因素——分配系数之间的线性回归方程．根据这种确定的数学关系，总结出了一些对混合效果有影响的因素及其影响程度，为生产及工艺管理提供依据．更多还原

【Abstract】 Carding machine is one of the most important equipment in woollen or worsted system.A lot of study and delicate researches have been done on the carding theory.But most of them have been staying on the qualitative analysis by now.After quantifying the mixture function of carding machine,using XF(A) model carding machine,applying the method of testing load distribution on carding machine,basing on lots of experimental data,this thesis establishes the linear regression equation between the mixture effect and its factors,which in order to supply a benefit experience for the production and technology management,as well draw a conclusion which would be major factors by using this certain kind of mathematics equation.更多还原
