锌盐-α-氨基酸-水三元体系的相化学研究
Study on phase chemistry of zinc salts-α-amino acids-H2O ternary systems
【摘要】 用相平衡法研究了 １２个 ＺｎＸ２－Ａｍ－Ｈ２Ｏ三元体系在 ２５℃的相化学行为，在相平衡结果指导下，合成了１１种未见文献报道的氨基酸锌化合物，探讨了锌盐与氨基酸相互作用的某些规律。
【Abstract】 The phase chemical properties of ZnX2-Am-H2O systems at 25’C have been investigated by phase equilibrium method. Under the direction of the phase equilibrium result, the 11 zinc amino--acid compounds which are not reported in literatures have been prepared. Several regular patterns of formation of complexes of zinc salts with amino-acids have been investigated.
