二维机械装配图轮廓识别与消隐裁剪算法
The algorithms of contour lines indentification and hide lines removing for mechanical assembly drawing
【摘要】 基于 AutoCAD软件系统,利用 AutoCAD软件提供的二次开发环境和技术,针对绘制机械装配图中的装配图轮廓识别和消隐裁剪算法问题,设计了零件的统一表示模式,提出了一种新的轮廓自动识别算法,可将内外轮廓识别统一起来,并采用线段端点分类点排序的策略,快速可靠地解决需要消除的部分。最后,给出一个稳定可靠的任意多边形裁剪算法。
【Abstract】 How to identify contour lines and remove hide lines are the main issues in the mechanical ZD assembly drawing. With the help of the developing environment and under the unite inter ZD drawing data presentation in the AutoCAD software,a new automatic identification algorithm for contour lines is proposed. In order to improve the calculation speed and stability of ZD hide line removing, this method integrates the inside and outside contour lines identification together and uses the strategy of the end-points classificatin of section line. At last a new clipping algorithm for arbitrary polygon is also described in detail.
