【摘要】 自 1990年 2月至 1998年 8月 ,共收治颅内前循环动脉瘤 32例 ,15例行血管内栓塞术(其中 1例栓塞失败改作手术治疗 ) ;17例显微镜下直视手术 ,术后死亡 1例。随访 2 8例 ,2 2例恢复良好 ,1例植物生存 ,2例偏瘫 ,2例动眼神经麻痹 ,1例癫痫。对前循环动脉瘤的诊断、治疗方法的选择及手术要点作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 From Feb. 1990 to Aug. 1998,32 cases with intracranial aneurysms of anterior circulation, 15 cases were treated with endovasular embolization (one of them treated by surgery after embolization failed);17 cases were treated with microsurgical operation.One of them died post operation.28 cases were followed up.Results revealed that 22 cases had excellent results,1 case had lived vegetatic life.2 cases presented hemiparesis,2 cases presented oculomotorius neurapraxia (OMNP), and 1 case presented epiliptic seizure.In this paper, the diagnosis, selectivities of treatment methods and the key points to the operation aneurysms of the anterior circulation were discussed.更多还原
