【摘要】 通过改进模糊熵的定义得到一种广义的模糊熵，将它应用于邮电人力资源开发研究中，提出合理结构的建模以及结构合理程度的度量方法

【Abstract】 In this paper,entropy of fuzzy event is firstly improved to get the formula of generic fuzzy entropy,then it is applied to research man resource of Post & Telecom.,in the last,methods of founding reasonable structural model and measuring reasonable structural degree in man resource structure of post & telecom are presented.
