彩色显像管滤光膜的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Property of Filter for Color Cathode Ray Tube
【摘要】 以叠氮基聚乙烯醇为感光体系,群青为颜料,采用粉浆曝光法制备蓝色滤光膜.探讨了滤光膜的厚度、颜料的含量等因素对滤光膜性能的影响.实验结果表明,与空白玻璃板相比较,涂膜玻璃板的对比度有很大的提高
【Abstract】 The contrast of color picture tube was improved by using a color Cathode Ray Tube filter. The blue filter was prepared by using ultramarine as pigment and a novel water soluble azido poly(vinyl alcohol) as photopolymer. Compared with black glass plate contrast of the glass phate with filter was improved. A detailed study showed that filter thickness, content and dispersity of pigment great influence the optical properties of filter.
