【摘要】 针对弧面分度凸轮轮廓面为一空间螺旋带、无法用常规仪器测量的问题,采用三坐标测量机实现了对凸轮轮廓面的数据采集;运用EB样条理论建立了凸轮轮廓面的误差评定模型.将根据该模型开发的误差评定软件应用于实际零件检测,证明该方法正确,简便易行更多还原

【Abstract】 The globoidal indexing cam has a spiral surface profile which can not be measured by the traditional equipment . The coordinate measuring machine is used for inspection whereby the EB spline theory is applied to develop an error evaluation model.
