关于用八田数修正Si3N4陶瓷水解反应过程中的传质系数kc0的讨论
A New Approach to Determine the Average Mass Transfer Coefficient k 0 c of the Si3N4 Ceramics Hydrolysis Using Thin Film Theory
【摘要】 基于Ｗｈｉｔｍ ａｎ 的薄膜理论，提出了计算Ｓｉ３ Ｎ４ 陶瓷水解反应过程中的平均传质系数ｋ０ｃ 的１ 种新方法；并讨论了用八田数对ｋ０ｃ 修正的条件问题，指出在Ｈａ 不是远小于１ 的情况下，ｋ０ｃ 须乘上修正因子 １＋ Ｈ２ａ 。
【Abstract】 A new approach for calculating the average mass transfer coefficient k 0 cwas suggested by using Lewis and Whitman′s thin film theory. The conditions for modifying the calculating results through the H a number criterion are also discussed.
