原生质体融合技术及其在苏云金芽孢杆菌中的应用
THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROTOPLAST FUSION AND ITS APPLICATION IN Bacillus thuringiensis
【摘要】 原生质体融合技术获得的长足进展使其成为一种有效的重组技术并在苏云金芽孢杆菌上得到了广泛应用.本文从PEG诱导融合、电场诱导融合、激光诱导融合和螯合剂诱导融合等方面阐述了原生质体融合技术的进展,并从种内融合、种间融合和远缘融合三个角度列举了它在苏云金芽孢杆菌广谱多功能生态工程菌构建中的应用.
【Abstract】 Great progress in protoplast fusion has made it widely used in the construction of engineering Bacillus thuringiensis. The present paper gives a review of its developments from PEG-induced fusion, electric field-induced fusion, laser-induced fusion and cation chelate-induced fusion. The paper also gives the illustration of its application in Bacillus thuringiensis from intraspecific fusion, interspecific fusion and heterofamily fusion.
