【Abstract】 Phalera flavescens (Bremer et Grey) is an important pest of Loquat. It shows that there exists 3 generations in a year in Putian County, Fujian Province, China. Pupae overwinter with a period of 141-170 days. The life span of the first to third generation is 62. 6, 65. 1 and 209. 8 days respectively. The adult of first to third generation emerges in the August, October and April, respectively. The period of egg is 1-3 days. The larval period has five instars and in-dures 22-45 days.
