【摘要】 测定了５７名产妇血及其新生儿（男２４，女３３）脐血中镉含量，结果表明，母血镉含量（０．０６５±０．０２０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ）明显高于脐血（０．０４５±０．０１８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ）。而新生儿女婴脐血中镉含量（０．０５４±０．０１８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ）又明显高于男婴（０．０３６±０．０１７μｍｏｌ／ｌ），提示新生儿在母体内血中镉含量有性别差异。并从环保和优生优育的角度对其进行了深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the contents of cadmium of 57 maternity blood and umbilical cord blood of neonates were determined.The results indicated that the content of cadmium in maternity blood (0.065±0.020 μmol/L)was obviously higher than that in umbilical cord blood of neonates (0.045±0.017 μmol/L),and the cadmium concentration in female neonate blood (0.045±0.018 μmol/L)was evidently higher than that in male (0.036±0.017μmol/L).This suggested that the cadmiun contents of neonates blood in the maternal body dif fered from the sex.The discussion was carried out about enviromental protection and eugenics.更多还原
