【Abstract】 There are some limitations to the correction of the matrix effect with Rhodes equation in XRF. In order to achieve the most ideal effect of correction, an empirical coefficient method is presented. This method introduces characteristic ratio and strengthens the effect of the analyzed elements in the model. For the quick and batch analysis of the geoloical samples, an analysis software which can accomplish the whole process of correction is designed under windows 98 operating system with VC++5.0 enviroment.更多还原
