【Abstract】 An inversion method of interval velocity has been developed on the basis of geometric seismology principles. This method makes use of horizontal stacking section and stacking velocity spectrum. In the paper, the principles and steps of the inversion method are introduced. The test results of horizotal and dip layer models indicate that the precision of our method is higher than that of Dix formula. The method has specific properties of high precision, high speed and practicability.更多还原
