无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机新控制方法的研究
Study on Novel Control Method of Sensorless Brushless DC Motor
【摘要】 介绍了一种无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机的起动和低速运行新的控制方法,它能有效克服通常的无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机,在起动和低速运行时,由于反电势过小而带来的运行困难。该方法采用在永磁转子表面粘贴部分非磁性导电材料,并测量由于非磁性材料上的涡流电流影响所引起的开路相电压变化,从而可有效地检测出转子的位置角,保证无刷直流电动机在低速时的可靠运行
【Abstract】 A new method is proposed to realize starting and low speed drive of a brushless DC motor without a position senser.They have been difficult because an electro-motive force does not arise enough at the starting and at low speeds.Therefore,this paper proposes to paste non-magnetic materials on the rotor surface and measure an opened phase voltage change caused by an eddy current which flow on the non-magnetic materials.The proposed method is shown very useful by experiments.
