分离自鸡眼草和木蓝的根瘤菌分类研究

【摘要】 采用数值分类方法对分离自鸡眼草( Ku m merowia) 和木蓝(Indigofera) 的根瘤菌及已知参比菌株进行聚类分析,发现在83 % 的相似性水平上形成2 个不同与已知菌种的新类群。以SDS全细胞蛋白电泳技术快速聚类分群扩大菌株数,在86 % 的相似性水平上,分离自鸡眼草的24 株菌形成第1 类群,分离自木蓝的20 株菌形成第2 类群。DNA 同源性测定结果表明,这2 个类群中心菌株SH713 和SHL042 与13 个已知根瘤菌种的DNA 同源性均小于61 % 。因此,分离自鸡眼草和木蓝的根瘤菌分别构成2 个独立的根瘤菌新种群。
【Abstract】 Therhizobialstrainsisolated from Kum merowia and Indigofera and the known reference strains were classified by performing numerical taxonomy. New isolated strains were dividedintotwo new clusters at 83% similarity level.Based on the numericaltaxono my,additionalisolatesin each cluster were studied by using SDS PAGEof whole cell pro tein.Twenty-fourstrainsisolated from Kum merowia fellinto cluster 1 . Twenty strains isolated from Indigofera fellinto cluster2 .Theresultsof G+ Cmol% and DNAhomology analysisshowedthatthe DNAhomologiesbetweenthecentralstrain SH713 and SHL042 and the 13typestrains werelessthan 61% .Thus,therhizobialstrainsfrom Kum merowia and Indigofera weretwo new individualspecies of Rhizobium .
