【Abstract】 A suitable fermentation condition was designed for extracellular xylanase producing Streptomyces strain z - 6 through an orthogonal experiment. The medium contained 0. 5 % of wheat straw hemicellulose,0. 17% of NaNO3, 0. 2% of lactose, 0. 15% of Tween 80, 0. 1% of K2HPO4.3H2O, 0. 05% of MgSo4·7H2O, 0. 03% of NaC1, and some trace elements (B, Mn, Fe, Zn, and Mo. ). 1. 4 ×108 spores were inoculated in 50ml medium in 250ml Erlenmeyer flask in a water shaker (120rpm, 32t ) for 5d stirring.更多还原
