【Abstract】 A gas chromatographic method for the determination of phenol in some biologics was developed.The samples added internal standard were chromatographed without further preparation and the chromatopeaks were adequately separated from each other.There was a wide linear relationship of dose response.The average recovery and coefficient of variation were 101.8% and 1.085% respectively.The minimum limitation of detection was 10 μg/ml.The procedure was feasible and simple.So it can be used as the conventional method for assaying phenol in some bioogical products.更多还原
