【摘要】 为了进一步研究ｒｈＴＧＦ－β１抑制人肝癌细胞ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１增殖的作用机理，应用光镜、电镜观察ｒｈＴＧＦ－β１抑制人肝癌细胞ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１增殖的形态学改变。结果显示：经ｒｈＴＧＦ－β１１０ｎｇ／ｍｌ作用９６小时后，ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１细胞出现曲型的凋亡形态。相差显微镜下表现为细胞变圆、体积缩小；ＨＥ染色可见核固缩；荧光显微镜观察凋亡细胞多为核亮染呈致密斑块；电镜下可见由膜包裹内容物的凋亡小体。结果证实：ｒｈＴＧＦ－β１具有诱发肝癌人细胞ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１凋亡的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Our research was done to study the mechanism of inhibiting proliferation by rhTGF β 1 in Human Hepatoma cell line SMMC 7721.The effect induced by rhTGF β 1 in SMMC 7721 cells was observed under light microscope,electron microscope.The results showed that 96 hours after the induction of SMMC 7 721 cells by rhTGF β 1 at 10ng/ml the typical apoptosis morphological changes were observed.These changes included that cells turned round and shrinkaged,the chromatin condensed and membrane bound apoptosis bodies could be seen.The findings of the present study demonstrate that rhTGF β 1 can induce apoptosis in SMMC 7 721 celss.更多还原
