【Abstract】 To evaluate the importance of pneumonectomy in multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, 38 patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were given both pneumonectomy of different types and antituberculosis chemotherapy. The sputum negative conversion was found in all of the cases without recurrence during 0.5～4 year follow up , and there were no bronchopleural fistula, emphysema or other complications. The result shows that pulmonary resection is an improtant way in treating patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis .更多还原
