热壁外延与Ⅳ-Ⅵ族半导体红外器件
HOT WALL EPITAXY AND IR DEVICES MADE OF Ⅳ-Ⅵ SEMICONDUCTORS
【摘要】 文章介绍了热壁外延（ＨＷＥ） 技术及其应用．主要介绍了用热壁外延技术制作的几种Ⅳ－ Ⅵ族半导体红外探测器和激光器，介绍了这方面国际上近年来的一些新进展，同时也介绍了我们自己的工作
【Abstract】 Hot wall epitaxy (HWE)technology and its application are described,with emphasis on several kind of IR detectors and lasers made by HWE.New developments in this field including our own work are presented.
