Fe73.5Cu1Nb3B9Si13.5非晶态合金的激波纳米晶化研究
THE STUDY OF NANO\|CRYSTALLIZATION OF Fe 73.5 Cu\-1Nb\-3B\-9Si 13.5 AMORPHOUS ALLOY UNDER SHOCK WAVE
【摘要】 实验表明, 非晶态合金在激波影响下会转变为纳米晶. 最近的实验进一步发现, Fe73 .5 Cu1 Nb3 B9 Si13 .5 非晶态合金中的 Cu , Nb 在激波晶化中的细化作用被抑制,且样品在这种转变之后作进一步的退火处理,其晶粒度变大而晶格常数变小.在激波晶化机理分析中提出了“激波流体晶化”构想.
【Abstract】 Non\|crystalline alloys can be turned into nano\|crystalline under shock waves. This has been proved by our experiments.Recently,we have discovered that the functions of Cu and Nb of Fe 73.5 Cu\-1Nb\-3B\-9Si 13.5 in shock wave crystallization are restrained, and the size of crystallites in the crystallized alloy Fe 73.5 Cu\-1Nb\-3B\-9Si 13.5 is increased and its lattice constant is decreased after the sample is annealed again. These phenomena are worth to study further. The model of fluid\|change for explaining the law of shock wave crystallization is suggested in this paper. PACC: 6250; 6140; 6470; 6170
