氯酚红分光光度法测定二氧化氯的含量
THE DETERMINATION OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE BY SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD.
【摘要】 氯酚红分光光度法测定二氧化氯,最大吸收波长λm ax= 574 nm ,在pH= 9~11 时酸度影响比较小。实验操作过程中,先加氨—氯化铵缓冲溶液,再加氯酚红,游离氯浓度达到22.86×10- 6不影响二氧化氯测定。二氧化氯的氧化速度很快,加完氯酚红摇匀后,立即可以测定。用氯酚红分光光度法和硫酸亚铁铵氧化还原法相结合,可以同时测定二氧化氯和游离氯含量
【Abstract】 Using chlorophenol red as a spectrophotometric reagent for the determination of the chlorine dioxide is described.The max.absorption wave length is λ=574 nm,at pH=9~11,the influence of acidity is small.In experimental procedure,first,the ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution is added.Then free chlorophenol red is added.When free chlorine centration up to 22.86×10 -6 ,the determination of chlorine dioxide has no interference.The chlorophenol red spectrophotometric method combined with the oxidation reduction titration of ferrous ammonium sulfate,the chlorine dioxide and free chlorine can be simultaneously determined.
