氧化物和沸石载体上负载KNO3的分解

【摘要】 本文报道采用程序升温分解-比色(TPDE-CM)的新方法研究了KNO3在Al2O3、TiO2、SiO2等氧化物和NaY、KY、Kβ等沸石及MCM-41中孔分子筛上的分解,首次发现负载的KNO3由于受到载体表面的作用而能在400~500K开始分解;而分散在Al2O3上的KNO3甚至于在室温下就可被部分分解。

【Abstract】 novel method, named as temperature prpgrammed decomposition colorimetric method (TPDECM), was employed to explore the special decomposition of KNO\-3 at low temperature on inorganic porous materials such as alumina, titania and silica along with NaY, KY, K\%\% zeolites as well as MCM41 mesoporous molecular sieve. Many factors such as surface acidity, octahedral vacant site in the structure of support, geometricchemical microenvironment provided by the inorganic porous materials, along with their influences on the decomposition of KNO\-3 at low temperature were examined. It was firstly revealed that KNO\-3 began to decompose in the range of 400 ̄500 K upon loaded on these inorganic supports resulting from a special interaction between KNO\-3 and the surface of porous materials. Moreover, some of the KNO\-3 loaded on alumina had been decomposed even at room temperature during the preparation process, which would be an important factor affecting the resulting strong basicity and/or superbasicity of KNO\-3/Al\-2O\-3 catalysts, although a further investigation is needed to explore the reason. Based on the results reported in this paper, TPDECM method is proven to be a powerful novel technique with a high sensitivity for the investigation on the new solid strong bases or superbases derived from KNO\-3 supported on porous materials.\;\;
