【摘要】 本文分析了网络系统设计的特点，提出了一种改进的结构化设计方法，并应用于移动通信计费营业系统的网络设计，取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of network system design , an improved structured design method is proposed and applied in the network system design of the mobile communication billing and business system efficiently .
