草酸盐热分解法制备ZnO超细粉体的工艺研究
Technology Study of ZnO Ultrafine Powder Synthesized by Oxalate Thermal Decomposition Method
【摘要】 论述了草酸盐热分解法制备超细ZnO粉体的工艺,讨论了粉体制备过程中沉淀条件、不同热分解温度以及热分解时间对超细ZnO特性的影响,并在900℃2h制得了原生粒子为40~60nm、聚集状态为极为少见的“短穗状”“镂空”集合体的ZnO超细粉体。
【Abstract】 The technology of ZnO ultrafine powder prepared by oxalate thermal decomposition methods was studied in detail.The influences of depositing condition, different thermal decomposing temperature and time on the characteristics of ZnO ultrafine powder were discussed.Finally,ZnO ultrafine powder which gathered hollow or like short spike was prepared in 90 ℃ for 2 h with diameter between 40 nm and 60 nm.
