PZT多元系固溶体压电陶瓷正电子湮没研究
Positron Annihilation in PZT Solid Solution Piezoelectric Ceramics
【摘要】 测量了不同组成的PZT多元系固溶体陶瓷中的正电子寿命谱,发现陶瓷晶粒内存在大量空位型缺陷。根据测得的寿命谱参数,得到反映该压电陶瓷完整体性质的自由态湮没寿命Tf值,PZT含量相同时,样品的Tf基本保持不变,不随样品烧成工艺和样品中其它组分含量而变,这进一步说明又反映了该体系陶瓷的体性质。随缺陷浓度增大,缺陷捕获正电子的机率增大。对于各样品,正电子平均寿命值Tm随缺陷浓度的改变很小。
【Abstract】 Positron lifetime spectra in PZT solid solution piezoelectric ceramics were measured. It was found that the lifetime spectra consists of quite intensive T2, this shows that there are a lot of defects of vacancy type inside the crystals of ceramics. The lifetime value Tf of free positrons in the ceramics was found to be 2G3 ps, 252 ps respectively. Tf is scarcely affected by the sintering process, but determined by the bulk properties of the materials. The chances that positrons are trapped in cation vaccancies increase with the increasing defects contents. The average lifetime of positron Tm is scarcely affected by the defects content.
