【Abstract】 An infectious genome of the Periplaneta fuliginosa densovirus (PfDNV) has been cloned into the bacterial plasmid pUC119, and a series of deletion cloning have been constructed. The nucleotide sequence of both termini has been determined, the terminal sequence of the PfDNV DNA has inverted repeats of 201 nucleotides and the terminal 122 nucleotides are palindromic. The palindromes can fold back on themselves form a typical hairpin structure. But the terminal sequence of PfDNV has low homology with those of other parvovirus.更多还原
