铬酸锶镧材料的制备和性能研究
Synthesis of La1-xSrxCrO3 Prepared by GNP and Its Property Study
【摘要】 采用Glycine-Nitgrate-Process合成TLal-xSrxCrO3-粉体材料,并采用XRD、DTA/TG、TEM和粒度分析等方法,对粉体性能进行了研究.用Archimedes法、直流国探针法和XRD分别研究了烧结体的烧结性能、电性能和相结构.经研究发现,合成后粉体颗粒的粒径为~30nm,其中存在团聚现象,但可通过短时间球磨加以消除.经高温短时间烧结,制备了该化合物的烧结体.烧结体均一单相.其中,Lao,Sr0.3CrO3的相对密度为91.7%;在1000时,La0.8Sr0.2CrO3的电导率为14.7S.Cm-1
【Abstract】 In the present work, La1-xSrxCrO3 (0 x 0.3) was synthesized by Glycine-NitrateProcess (GNP), and characterized by XRD, TEM and DTA/TG. Electrical conductivity, sinteringbehavior and phase structure of as-sintered samples were measured by DC 4-probe technique,Archimedes method and XRD. It was found that the average primary grain size of the synthesizedpowders was around 30urn. However, grain agglomerates were observed in the powders, whichcould be removed by short time ball-milling. Single-phase bulk materials of La1--xSrxCrO3- weresintered at 1550 for 4 h. The relative density of La0.7Sr0.3CrO3- was 91.7%. The electricalconductivity of La0.8Sr0.2CrO3- was 14.7S.cm--1.
