【摘要】 基于对若干电路内E2PROM模块的分析研究，作者介绍了SOC中嵌入E2PROM模块的设计方法。同时，文章中亦阐述了E2PROM基本单元的工作原理以及E2PROM模块的I/O特性。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the IC design method with the inbeded - in E2PROMtechnology. On the other hand, it also describes the fundamntal theory hout E2PROM.
