【摘要】 目的前瞻性研究抗精神病药对Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症的疗效。方法运用Ａｎｄｒｅａｓｅｎ等的阳性、阴性精神分裂症诊断标准，将研究病例划分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症。入组病例随机服用氯丙嗪、氯氮平、舒必利三种抗精神病药之一，疗程６周，在疗前及疗后２、４、６周运用ＢＰＲＳ、ＳＡＰＳ、ＳＡＮＳ、ＴＥＳＳ对每一病例进行一次评定。结果Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症的ＢＰＲＳ、ＳＡＰＳ、ＳＡＮＳ的总分及各因子分疗后较疗前均有显著降低，其有效率、显效率两组间亦无显著差异。结论抗精神病药治疗Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症具有同等疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the efficacy of antipsychotics in type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia Methods All subjects were classified in to type Ⅰ or type Ⅱ schizophrenia according to Andersen’s diagnostic criteria for positive and negative symptoms and randomized to receive chlorpromazine,clozapine,or sulpiride for 6 weeks.Each patient was rated using BPRS,SAPS,SANS,and TESS before and after 2、4、6 weeks of treatment.Results The total and factorial scores on BPRS,SAPS,and SANS decreased significantly at the end of treatment.There was no difference in response rate between the two groups.Conclusion The efficacy of antipsychotics are equivalent in the treatment of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia.更多还原
