【摘要】 目的　探索维思通和氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效及副反应。方法　对９６ 例符合ＣＣＭＤ—２ —Ｒ 中精神分裂症诊断标准，病程≥５ 年，ＰＡＮＳＳ总分≥６０ 分的住院患者并随机分为维思通组（ ｎ＝ ５１ 例） 和氯氮平组（ｎ ＝ ４５ 例） 。研究期限为９ 周。两组均采用药物固定剂量法：维思通组每日４ｍｇ，氯氮平组每日３７５ｍｇ。分别于研究前、后评定两次ＰＡＮＳＳ量表。以研究前后减分２０ 分为有效界限值；利用副反应清单比较了解两组副反应情况。结果　两组均能显著改善精神症状，维思通组的有效率为６４－０％ ，氯氮平组的有效率为６７－０ ％ 。两组副反应均较轻微，皆能耐受。结论　维思通与氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症，均能显示较好疗效，其不良反应发生率和严重程度皆较少而轻，均系治疗慢性精神分裂症安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical therapy and side effects between risperidone and clozapine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia.Methods 96 inpatients who met CCMD-2-R criteria for schizophrenia,their disease courses ≥5 years,the total scores of PANSS≥60,were randomized into risperidone group(n=51) and clozapine group(n=45).Nine weeks were regarded as a whole course of study.After a 2-week dose-titration phase,doses were fixed at 4mg/day of risperidone and 375mg/day clozapine.The PANSS and the rate of adverse events were used for evaluating therapeutic and side reaction effects.Results Both risperidone and clozapine significantly reduced the severity of psychotic symtoms(the scores of positive and negative syndrome) from baseline,with no significant differences between risperidone group(64.0%) and clozapine group(67.0%) were clinical improved.Conclusions The therapeutic effects of both risperidone and clozapine are ideal,with more advantages such as side effects were light and good compliance,etc.So risperidone was recommended in clinical treatment of chronic schizophrenia.更多还原
