铁基颗粒复合材料铸件表面粗糙度的研究
A Research on Surface Roughness of Iron Matrix\=Particulates Reinforced Composites Castings
【摘要】 测试了采用EPC-V法制备的不同粒度铬铁和碳化钨颗粒增强复合材料铸件的表面粗糙度,分析了颗粒种类和粒度对复合材料铸件表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明,铁基颗粒复合材料铸件的表面粗糙度Ra为6.3~50μm,复合材料铸件的表面粗糙度均随增强颗粒尺寸的增加而增加,碳化钨颗粒复合层表面粗糙度大于相同粒度铬铁颗粒复合层的表面粗糙度。
【Abstract】 Surface roughness of iron matrix composites castings reinforced by ferrochrome (Cr\|Fe) and tungsten carbide (WC) particulates with different grain size is tested in this paper. The influence of particulate type and grain sizes on surface roughness of iron matrix composites castings analyzed. The results show that: surface roughness of iron matrix composite castings reinforced by particulates is in the range of \%Ra\%\{6.3\} ̄50 m; the surface roughness of composite castings increases with the increase of particulate sizes; the surface roughness of WC composites is larger than the of Cr\|Fe composites with the same particulate sizes.\=
