高铝锌基合金热膨胀性能的研究
Study on Thermal Expansion of ZincAluminium Alloy
【摘要】 对三种常见的高铝锌基合金ZA12,ZA27,ZA33合金的热膨胀性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:随着合金中Al含量的增加,组织中α固溶体的数量增加,膨胀系数减小;高熔点元素Cu含量的增加,能有效地抑制合金膨胀系数随温度的急剧变化,使使用温度变宽
【Abstract】 The thermal expansion of zincaluminium alloysZA12, ZA27, ZA33 has been determined in this paper. Results show that with increasing of aluminium content the phase increases and coefficient of expansion decreases. The dramatic changes of expansion coefficient of the alloy with temperature dependence decrease with increasing of copper content which has highcr melting point, and the alloy can be used in a wider temperature range.
