【摘要】 通过中心复合试验设计法研究了碳酸钙和芳烃油用量对氯丁橡胶硫化胶物理性能的影响。结果表明：随碳酸钙和芳烃油的用量变化，硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、伸长率、硬度、３００ ％ 定伸应力和压缩永久变形均显示出规律性的变化。通过两者用量的变化可以调节硫化胶的某些物理性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of CaCO 3 and aromatic oil on the properties of CR was studied by central composite design method.It was shown that with the increase of the amount of CaCO 3,the tensile strength,tearing strength,and elongation of the specimen decreased,on the other hand,the hardness,tensile stress at 300% and compression set increased.And with the increase of the amount of aromatic oil,the hardness,tensile stress at 300%,tensile strength and tearing strength decreased,while elongation and compression set increased.By changing the ratio of CaCO 3 and aromatic oil,the properties of vulcanized CR compounds can be adjusted.更多还原
