快淬NdFeB永磁合金的晶化行为
Crystallization Behavior of Melt spun NdFeB Permanent Magnetic Alloys
【摘要】 采用动态差示扫描量热法( D S C) 和 X 射线衍射法( X R D) 研究了快淬 Nd Fe B合金的晶化行为。非晶态 Nd8 .5 Fe86 B5 .5 合晶化由三个过程组成,各转变有效晶化激活能分别为4 .8e V、15 .2e V 和5 .4e V。非晶态 Nd7 .5 Dy1 Fe85 B45 Ga2 合金直接由非晶态转变为α- Fe和 Nd2 Fe14 B 相,有效晶化激活能为5 .8e V。
【Abstract】 The crystallization behavior of melt spun NdFeB ribbons was investigated using dynamic differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X ray diffraction(XRD).The crystallization process of amorphous Nd 8.5 Fe 86 B 5.5 alloy takes place through three steps,the effective activation enery of three crystallization peaks is 4.8eV、15.2eV and 5.4eV.respectively.Amorphous Nd 7.5 D y1 Fe 85 B 45 Ga 2 alloy crystallized directly form amorphous to a mixture of α Fe and Nd 2 Fe 14 B phases,the effective crystallization activation energy of transformation is 5.8eV.
