【Abstract】 Based on the practice in the provincial-municipal united management of top sports teams of Jiangsu Province, the author emphasizes the necessities and effiects of jointly manag- ing top sports teams on both provincial and municipal levels, sums up some detailed experience and measures in this respect, holding that the construction of sports teams of high quality will be a key to comprehensively raising the sports level of Jiangsu province and making more bril- liant achievements in the 9~th National Games.更多还原
