降解五氯酚(PCP)厌氧生物反应器起动过程的特性研究

【摘要】 在实验室规模的两个厌氧反应器中,分别添加PCP啤酒厂糖化废水与柠檬酸生产废水作为进水,以未经驯化的厌氧污泥作为接种物,采用PCP负荷、COD 负荷递增方式进行反应器启动。结果证实反应器的运行性能随污泥颗粒化进程而得到改善,其稳态运行性状为:HRT24h,PCP负荷97.3—105.6m g/L·d,COD 负荷4.3—6.2g/L·d,PCP 去除率100,COD 去除率93.1—95.7% ,容积产沼气率1.72—3.29L/L·d,CH4 含量72.5—77.8% 。发现作为共基质的工业有机废水的种类影响运行前期反应器的性能、污泥颗粒化进程及污泥脱氯活性。这为含氯代芳香族化合物有机废水高效生物处理提供了一项新的运行策略。

【Abstract】 The experiments on start up of degrading PCP anaerobic bioreactor carried out in two anaerobic bioreactors which were inoculated with unacclimated anaerobic sludge.One reactor(R 1)receiver the PCP added beer saccharification wastewater,the other one(R 2)received the PCP added citric acid producing wastewater.The mode of gradually increasing the CODand PCP loadings was used to start up reactors.The results obtained indicated that the performances of reactors were improved with granulation of anaerobic sludge.The steady state performances obtained are:when the reactors operated at 97.3—105.6mg PCP/L·d and 4.3-6.2g COD/L·d with HRT 24h,the PCP and COD removal efficiency was maintained at 100% and 93.1-95.7% respectively,resulting in 1.72-3.29L/L·d of the volumtric biogas rate with 72.5-77.8% of CH 4 in biogas.It was also discovered that various industrial wastewater used as co substrate would affect the performance of early stage operating reactor,the course of sludge granulation and the dechlorinating acvitity of anaerobic sludge.The present work suggested that this operating strategy was an effective approach for high rate anaerobic treatment of organic wastewater containing chlorinated aromatic compounds.
