【摘要】 在图像小波分解的基础之上，结合人眼视觉系统（ＨＶＳ）特性，本文提出了一种树特征平面的图像编码方法。该方法利用小波变换系数的相关性，结合无失真的自适应算术编码，有效地对小波分解后图像的高频子带数据进行压缩。实验结果表明，该方法实现简单，可达到很好的压缩效果更多还原

【Abstract】 The wavelet transform decompose the original image and a multiresolution pyramidal representation is yielded.In this paper,we present a new coding method tree character plane to compress high frequency subbands.Using the correlation of the wavelet coefficients and adaptive arithmetic coding,this method can compress the high frequency subbands effectively.更多还原
