NOET合成方法的改进及其99Tcm标记

【摘要】 本工作主要在NOET的合成方面做了一些改进,制备出纯度高、稳定性较好的NOET的钾盐。并探讨了影响99TcmNNOET标记率的相关因素,由此得出最佳标记条件。在此条件下,99TcmNNOET的标记率可稳定在90%以上。

【Abstract】 NOET is synthesized with an improved method, and 99 Tc mN NOET is prepared. The relative factors affecting the labelling yield of 99 Tc mN NOET are studied in details and the best condition of labelling is established.
