【摘要】 认为目录学的演进动力是由目录学的内在动力与外在文化合力相互作用构成的一个系统 ,目录学的演进与文化的演进相一致。中国文化从低级向高级的演进大致可划分为独立文化圈期、文化冲突与交融期及文化综合期三个阶段 ,中国目录学也相应地经历了古典、近代与现代三种形态。在现代科学及文化的综合化趋势之下 ,目录学正在由古典期对文献的重视和近代对读者的重视转而将两者综合研究 ,并以书目情报传播将两者结合成一个有机整体。更多还原
