【摘要】 在马钢90t LF/VD(EMS) 上进行真空脱氢工艺试验,首次提出了有效真空保持时间的概念,并据此进行了有关真空脱氢的热动力学分析,提出了真空脱氢的工艺模型。试验结果表明,在本研究工艺条件下,可保证真空处理后钢中氢含量低于2 ×10- 6 ,最低为0 .92 ×10- 6 ,满足了200 km/h 列车用车轮的要求。

【Abstract】 The vacuum dehydrogenation process was tested in a 90 t LF/VD (EMS) unit at Maanshan Iron & Steel Co Ltd. The concept of available vacuum keeping time was advanced, and based on the analysis of thermodynamics for vacuum dehydrogenation process, the process kinetics model of vacuum dehydrogenation has been established. The commercial testing results showed that 2×10 -6 ~0.92×10 -6 hydrogen content in steel was obtained to meet the metallurgical quality requirement for the wheel steel of 200 km/h train.
