电渣重熔对32Mn-7Cr-1Mo-0.3N奥氏体钢低温冲击韧性的影响
Effect of ESR on Cryogenic Compact Toughness of Austenitic Steel 32Mn 7Cr 1Mo 0.3N
【摘要】 电渣重熔32Mn7Cr1Mo0 .3N 奥氏体钢,在77 K 下的Cv= 132 J,显著高于重熔前的性能,重熔钢夹杂物数量减少且分布均匀,此时的断口为准解理特征。
【Abstract】 The impact energy Cv of ESR austenitic steel 32Mn\|7Cr\|1Mo\|0.3N at 77K was 132J, and obviously higher than that of un\|ESR steel. After ESR the inclusion amount in steel decreased with homogeneous distribution, and the characteristic of fracture of steel was quasi\|cleavage.
