不同载体的PtSn催化剂上丙烷脱氢性能的研究
Dehydrogenation of propane over supported PtSn catalysts
【摘要】 考察了丙烷在Al2O3、MgAl2O4、ZnAl2O4等载体负载的Pt及PtSn催化剂上的脱氢反应性能,讨论了催化剂中锡组分的存在状态与丙烷脱氢性能的关系,指出只有锡以氧化态存在且未覆盖活性铂簇团时才有利于催化剂脱氢性能的改善
【Abstract】 Propane dehydrogenation with nitrogen dilution was studied over supported Pt and PtSn catalysts at 550The increase of tin contents enhanced the conversion fo propane and the selectivity to propene for the PtSn/Al2O3 and Pt/SnMgAl2O4 samples.However,a maximum in activity was observed when the Sn/Pt atomic ratio was about 1 for the PtSn/MgAl2O4 catalysts,and 5 for the PtSn/ZnAl2O4 catalysts.The results strongly imply that only when the tin is stabilized in an oxidic state and the tin oxide does not cover the surface of Pt crydstallite, the catalysis can be greatly enhanced.If the tin is in zerovalent and alloys with platinum the conversion of propane over the catalysts will decreased.
