反扣井眼轨迹控制及钻井工艺在渤海的应用

【摘要】 文章总结了渤海首次应用定向井反扣井眼钻井工艺技术,实现了在探井CFD18—2—2DS井的侧钻。该井在2868m处开窗侧钻,将CFD18—2—2D井的水平位移从1454m拉回到710m,在井斜27°的情况下,首先降斜至0°,然后再将井眼方位调到180°反向增斜进入地质设计的30m靶区半径内,满足了地质设计要求。该井的主要特点是:深井高钢级P110套管开窗侧钻,可控导向马达反扣井眼轨迹控制,全井计算机软件实施扭矩摩阻的分析,使用MWD随钻测量,可控导向马达钻井技术,顶部驱动,PEM水基钻井液技术。通过实践,总结和摸索出了一套深井、大位移井眼的反扣井眼轨迹控制技术

【Abstract】 The application of the drilling technology of lefthand borehole to directional well,for the first time,to realize the sidetracking of the deep well CFD1822DS is summarized in this paper.In this well,the window on casing was cut at 2 868 m depth,making the horizontal displacement of well CFD1822D to be pulled back from 1 450 m to 710 m and the well inclination was cut down to 0 first in case of 27 well inclination,then,the wellbore azimuth was regulated to 180.Through backward increasing hole angle,the wellbore came into the radius of 30 m target area fixed by geologic design,being in accord with geologic design.For this well,there are following characteristics:cutting window on highgrade steel casing in deep depth,controlling lefthand well track with controllable steering motor,analyzing moment of torsion and frictional resistance with computer’s software for whole well,adopting MWD technique,controllable steering motor,top drive and PEM waterbase fluid,which pledged a safe and smooth drilling operation of this well.Through practice,a set of lefthand well track control techniques for deep and largedisplacement well bore are tried and summed up.
