【摘要】 用离子交换树脂法对河豚鱼卵巢的有效成分进行提取。这种提取物不含蛋白质和氨基酸 ,硅胶 GF2 54 板层析 ,三种展开剂展层 ,只呈现一个斑点 ,ICP- AES法测定表明 ,含有与人体基本相同的 15种微量元素和 5种常量元素 ,富含 Ca,Fe,Zn等。热稳定性好 ,室温放置 4个月仍保持稳定的生物活性。并且具有凝集动物红细胞、小鼠脾细胞、胸腺细胞和小鼠 S180 肉瘤细胞的生物活性 ,经化学显色测定提取物可能属于动物生物碱类。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effective component of fugus’ ovary was extracted by ion exchange resin method.The extract contained no protein or amine acid.The silica gel GF 254 plate chromatography,three species of different solvent development only show one spot.Which indicated it was pure to some degree.The measurement of ICP AES showed it contained 15 kinds of trace elements and 5 kinds of common elements which could be found in human body,and especially Ca,Zn,Fe,etc.richly.It had good thermal stability and could maintain it’s bio activity at room temperature for four months.Furthermore the extract can agglutinate animal red cell,spleen cell,thymus cell and S 180 sarcoma cell of mice.It may be belonged to biobase by chemical developing test.更多还原
