菜子油酸的环氧化研究
STUDY ON EPOXIDATION OF COLZA OIL ACID
【摘要】 以732型强酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,对菜子油酸的环氧化反应作了研究,考察了反应温度、H2O2浓度、催化剂用量、不同有机酸及DBP有机介质对环氧化的影响.研究结果表明:较适宜的反应温度为50℃,催化剂用量为菜子油酸重量的10%~15%,所使用H2O2的浓度应高于30%.在DBP的保护下,产物最高环氧值可达3.3%.
【Abstract】 This paper studies on the epoxidation of colza oil acid under different conditions, describes the effect of reaction temperature,hydrogen peroxide concentration,catalyst,organo-acid and organo-solvent DBP on the epoxidation. The results show that the fitting reaciton temperature is 50℃,the adapted H2O2 concentration must be over 30%,the doze of catalyst is 10%-15% of colza oil acid (W/W) ,and under the protection of DBP,the effect of epoxidation will be better.
