高层建筑纠倾与加固
INCLINATION RECTIFICATION AND GROUD STABILIZATION OF HIGH-RISE BUILDING
【摘要】 28层大厦倾斜524 mm经纠倾后,大厦的倾斜量减至 148 mm达到国家规定的技术标准,恢复了其正常使用功能。为国家挽回重大经济损失。本文着重介绍该高层建筑物纠倾工程的方案选择与确定;纠倾技术成就;在加固工程中新型钢管高压灌注桩的设计与施工。
【Abstract】 After 4 month haul work, the inclination amount of a 28 - story building has been reduced from 542mm to 148mm and meets the requirements of the national specification. This paper introduces the selection of schemes for the rectification of this building and its technical achievements. At the same time, the design and construction of steel tube high-pressure grouting pile for ground stabilization are presented as well. By analyzing the cause of inclination, the calculation method of anti-overturning moment the structural measures for developing anchor moment and the theoretical calculation high jetting-pressure are put forward. Finally, the calculation of inclination rectification and anti-overturning of high-rise building are summarized. In addition, the feasible construction experience for inclination notification and anti -overturning are recommended as well.
