基于规范和最优设防烈度的抗地震结构优化设计

【摘要】 给出的抗地震结构的优化设计方法具有以下特点:(1)完全和现行设计规范接轨,因而切实可行;(2)分二个层次进行优化,首先决策该结构的最优设防烈度,然后按该烈度进行结构的最小造价设计;(3)既考虑结构的近期投资(造价),又考虑其长远效益(遇灾的损失期望);(4)考虑了抗震结构的多级设防原则。

【Abstract】 The proposed optimum design method for aseismic structures has the following characteristics: (1)It is practical to use and consistent with the National Design Codes. (2) It is a two - stage method, firstly to decide the optimal fortifi- cation intensity for the structure, and then to make the minimum cost design according to the optimal intensity. (3) Both the cost and the loss expectation of the aseismic structure are taken into account in the decision of the optimal forti- cation intensity. (4) The multi - failure criteria for aseismicc structures are considered in the determination of the loss expectation.
