【摘要】 载脂蛋白Ｅ的遗传多态性不仅可以明显地影响机体的血脂水平，还和一些疾病的发生和发展密切相关。晚近不少学者报告早老性痴呆的发病与 ε_４等位基因密切相关。利用ＰＣＲ－ＲＦＬＰ方法对１０６例天津市老年人的载脂蛋白Ｅ基因型进行了测定。该方法用血量少，操作简便，结果可靠，可用于早老性痴呆易患人群的筛选。测定结果显示，老年人群 ε_４ 等位基因频率仅为５．７％，不仅明显低于西方人群，也低于非老年国人，提示中国老年人可能有较低的早老性痴呆遗传易患危险倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a devastating neurologic disorder and an association between AD and apolipoprotein E (Apo-E) type 4 allele has been repeatedly confirmed. A modified PCR-RFLP method for genotyping of Apo-E was established and the frequency of the alleles and the distribution of genotypes of Apo-E in 106 old people were studied. Three alleles and five genotypes of Apo-E were detected. A low frequency of Apo-E type 4 allele was found implicating a low genetic risk for AD in the Chinese old people.更多还原
